Delete Account & Data Request

AutoCEO: Optimization Loop currently does not use a full user account system inside the mobile game. The game may use temporary multiplayer session identifiers, server connection logs, and gameplay diagnostics to operate multiplayer, reconnect players, prevent abuse, and improve stability.

If you want to request deletion of data associated with your use of AutoCEO: Optimization Loop, please contact us at:

Please include

• the email or username you used to contact us, if any;
• your device platform, Android or iOS;
• your approximate date of play or support request;
• any information that helps us identify your multiplayer session or support conversation.

We will review deletion requests and delete or anonymize data that we can reasonably associate with your request, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or platform compliance reasons.

Data that may be deleted or anonymized

• support messages connected to your request;
• optional contact information you provided;
• identifiable multiplayer session logs where reasonably identifiable;
• local session identifiers if provided and technically identifiable.

Data that may be retained

• aggregated or anonymous gameplay statistics;
• security, abuse-prevention, or server logs needed for legitimate operational reasons;
• records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or platform compliance obligations.

You can also delete local game data from your device by deleting the app or clearing app storage in your device settings.
